Terms and conditions of use
These terms govern access to and use of the Williams Agroservicios website, its content, tools and downloadable reports.

1. Ownership
This site is operated by Williams Entregas S.A. (“Williams Agroservicios”, “Williams”, “we”), a company incorporated in Argentina, with offices in San Lorenzo, Arroyo Seco, Lima, Bahía Blanca and the City of Buenos Aires.

2. Acceptance
Using the site means you fully accept these terms and our Data Protection Policy. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the site.
We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
3. Scope of the published information
Site content — including Pulso Puerto articles, truck and vessel positions, port maps, weather information, plant listings and other tools — is published for general information purposes.
It is compiled from our own and third-party sources and may change without notice. It is not commercial, legal, tax or agronomic advice, nor a contractual offer.
Operational or commercial decisions based on this information are the user's sole responsibility.
4. Services
Descriptions of the Deliveries, Logistics and Certifications units are institutional in nature. Each engagement is governed by the contract, service order or quote agreed with the client, which prevails over the site.
The scope of current accreditations and certifications applies only to the activities and sites specifically covered by each certificate.
5. Permitted use
When using the site you agree to:
- Not use it for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, client accounts or internal systems.
- Not introduce malicious code or affect service availability.
- Not perform massive automated content extraction without prior written authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, videos, databases and developments on this site belong to Williams Entregas S.A. or its licensors. Certification body logos belong to their respective owners and are reproduced without modification.
Partial quotation of editorial content is allowed, citing the source and linking back. Any other use, reproduction or adaptation requires prior written authorisation.
7. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party platforms (client access, messaging, maps, weather services, newsletter delivery). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, over which Williams has no control.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Williams is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or lost opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its information.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Province of Santa Fe, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights available to users in their country of residence.
