Backs the management of the processes covered by the certification scope and their periodic review by an independent body.
Documented processes, independently audited.

International backing
If you export grain, specialty crops or by-products, you know every piece of the file counts: the pre-shipment inspection, the quality certificate, the draft survey, documentary consistency. If one piece fails, the deal collapses or is renegotiated at a discount. These five approvals are granted and reviewed by external bodies, national and international: that is what makes a Williams certificate accepted on the other side of the world.

Services
We support different stages of the operation, from preparing the means of transport and controlling the merchandise to monitoring loads, discharges, inventories and dispatches.
We verify the condition of holds, containers and other means of transport before loading, in accordance with the product, the operation and the applicable requirements.
We follow up on the operation, verify the apparent condition of the merchandise and record the checks, quantities and incidents defined in the service instruction.
We take, identify, condition and store samples according to the product, the contract and the applicable procedure. Where appropriate, we arrange their delivery to the designated laboratory.
We verify the weight of the merchandise using the methods agreed for the operation and issue the corresponding documentation. OAA accreditation applies only to the activities covered by its current scope.
We determine the quantity loaded or discharged from the draught readings and the vessel's technical data. This service is provided under its own scope and is not part of the weight determination accredited by the OAA.
We carry out visual inspection, sampling and quality controls in accordance with the agreed specifications. When laboratory testing is required, we coordinate it with laboratories selected according to the operation.
We oversee the reception, discharge, storage and dispatch of the merchandise. We record movements, reconcile inbound and outbound volumes and issue periodic inventory and incident reports so the client can follow the progress of the operation.
We follow up on fertiliser loads and dispatches, verifying vehicles, documentation, quantities and the other controls defined by the client. Operation information is consolidated into reports that make follow-up and reconciliation easier.
We handle oilseed, oil and fat operations when the contract or instruction requires the application of FOSFA rules. The service may include inspection, sampling, supervision of loading or discharge and documentation of the operation, according to the contracted scope.
We verify the fitness of the container before loading and supervise the merchandise during consolidation. The service may include sampling, weight control, packaging condition, quantities, identification and sealing, according to the instruction received.
Specialisation
The specialty market pushed us to specialise. Today a significant share of our certifications are exports of specialty grains — chickpeas, beans, peas, lentils — where careful handling of the lot and precise analysis are critical.
If you export specialty crops to Brazil, Europe, India or the Middle East, we know the standards each destination requires and the certification you need. It is not just another line in the catalogue: it is one of our strongest areas.
“Today the company is heavily focused on specialty crops because that is what our clients ask for.”
