What we do for you

Behind every delivery, every trip and every certification there's a single goal: your business yields more and risks less.

01 · Risk reduction

When there's a weight or quality discrepancy, you're not alone

Our own laboratory in every office, the ability to defend our clients with our own analysis, cargo insurance in logistics, and GAFTA and FOSFA memberships in certifications. Every discrepancy is discussed with information.

02 · Better economic outcome

Information to decide which port, and when.

An online control panel with quality, kilo and destination analysis. Willipedia with real-time receiving conditions. APIs integrated with the client's system. Coverage across 4 port hubs to optimise destination by market.

Three units, one team

What we do every day so your grain yields more.

Each unit works on its own and they all reinforce each other. If you work with Williams Entregas, in Logistics and Certifications you already have a team that knows your operation.

Applied experience

Real problems we we know how to anticipate.

Experience isn't measured in years, but in how we act at the moment a decision has to be made. These are three examples of situations we usually solve every week.

01 · Pre-probing · San Lorenzo

The risk
The truck leaves the field and no one knows the quality of the goods.
What we do
Before entering the port we sample the truck and analyse it: moisture, quality, general condition and presence of insects.
What changes
With that information we decide to proceed, condition the load or look for another destination, avoiding rejections, detours, extra kilometres and waiting hours.

02 · Pre-weighing · San Lorenzo

The risk
A weight discrepancy shows up on the terminal scale after it has already generated costs.
What we do
We verify the weight with our own equipment before the truck reaches the port.
What changes
The discrepancy is caught and corrected in time, not discovered once the truck is already in line.

03 · Quality discrepancies

The risk
The terminal reports a result that doesn't match what was loaded.
What we do
We take a sample, analyse it in our lab and compare it with the terminal's result.
What changes
If the discrepancy is real, we discuss it with the terminal or take it to the Chamber with technical backup.

Track record and infrastructure

What we since 1989 became capability.

01 · Track record

1989

the year Williams started. Everything that followed was built from there.

02 · Offices

5

offices: San Lorenzo, Arroyo Seco, Lima, Bahía Blanca and the administrative office in Buenos Aires (CABA).

03 · Laboratories

4

offices with their own laboratory to analyse the sample on the spot.

04 · Accreditations

3

Technical references in the industry: quality management system certified by IRAM. Inspection body accredited by OAA. GAFTA and FOSFA memberships. Registered with SENASA and PNA.

Differentiator

Three things experience has built into Williams.

Built since 1989.

Our own offices, labs and systems.

01 · Infrastructure

In-house laboratories in all four operating offices.

In-house laboratories in all four operating offices.

When a terminal returns a questionable result we don't wait for an arbitrator: we take a sample, analyse it in our lab and return to the conversation with data.

"If there's a discrepancy, we have what it takes to challenge it."

02 · Response time

Response within minutes, with people on the ground.

Personal de Williams supervisando la operación nocturna de camiones en planta.

There's no ticket-based call center. There are Williams people in every port area, connected to the operations desk through direct channels. When your truck is stopped, you know within minutes what happened and what to do. During harvest, the service window extends as far as the operation requires.

03 · Information

Our own system and a web service integrated with the client's system.

Our own system and a web service integrated with the client's system.

Deliveries, quality, weight and reports available online, with the option to integrate that information into the client's system via API. We build on our own system, which gives us response speed and customisation capability.
